Alicia Appling is an experienced REALTOR® with over two decades in the real estate industry, currently with Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty since March 2010. Alicia previously worked at ReMax Athens and Prudential Blanton Properties, where a focus on assisting buyers and sellers through all aspects of real estate transactions was emphasized. Earlier in their career, Alicia held roles at Athens Country Club, Mary Kay Cosmetics, and Morrison Healthcare Food Services, where customer service, sales management, and food service quality management were key responsibilities. Alicia holds a B.S.H.E. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from The University of Georgia.
