John-Lewis H. Godfrey is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Broker in Charge and Chief Operations Officer at HUBBARD COMMERCIAL, LLC since January 2013, overseeing marketing, development, sales, and internal projects. Godfrey has held various positions, including Board Member, President, President Elect, and Secretary/Treasurer at the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS® since January 2018. Additionally, John-Lewis serves as an agent at Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors, a member and former Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Winston-Salem Realtors Commercial Alliance since January 2013, and as a Board Member for the NC Association of REALTORS® since January 2022. Godfrey holds a Real Estate Broker's License from the Triad Real Estate School, completed in 2011, and has studied at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
