Tom Sproul is a licensed Realtor at Coldwell Banker Townside REALTORS® since December 2020, following a role as Project Manager at Draper Aden Associates from February 2019 to December 2020. Previous experience includes working as a Land Development Engineer for the Virginia Department of Transportation from August 2017 to January 2019 and serving as Project Manager at Gay and Neel, Inc. from November 2010 to August 2017. Tom's early career also featured positions as Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer, focusing on stormwater management and site plan production across various sectors. An internship as a Civil Engineer at Bowman Consulting provided foundational experience in commercial site plans and AutoCAD Civil3D drafting. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and has undergone training from the DEQ SWM.
