Nancy Phillips has been the President of Legacy Builders NRV, Inc. since 1994, leading a custom design build firm known for its impeccable reputation. In addition to this role, Nancy Phillips has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Real Estate since 1989, serving as a REALTOR and achieving the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Nancy Phillips holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics, Curriculum & Instruction from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Randolph College.
