Laura Landen is the owner of Evergreen Property Management LLC since September 2008 and has been an associate broker at Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group since August 2005. With a passion for helping individuals find their ideal homes, Laura listens carefully to clients' wants and needs, assisting them in making informed decisions. In addition to working with homebuyers, Laura collaborates with investors to enhance their passive income and cash flow. Prior to these roles, Laura gained experience in the marketing department at Kroger/Fred Meyer from June 1993 to June 2005.
