Jim Brock is a seasoned professional in real estate and restaurant management. Currently serving as a Real Estate Sales Agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since February 2018, Jim specializes in helping clients find their ideal homes. Prior to this role, Jim was a Regional Manager at Consolidated Restaurants from 2001 to December 2017, where expertise in sales growth, marketing, and HR issues was demonstrated while supervising both corporate and franchise locations. Jim's earlier experience includes a position as Regional Manager at Spaghetti Warehouse from 1992 to 2001, overseeing 13 restaurants across four states and earning the "GM of the Year" award in 1996.
