Kathi Constanzo, CCIM, is an experienced commercial real estate broker currently working at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT since June 2019. Prior to this role, Kathi served as a realtor at Coldwell Banker George Realty Commercial and as a real estate consultant at DHA. Kathi's background includes a significant tenure in the legal field with positions in the IP Litigation Department at WilmerHale and the Risk Management Advisory Division at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Kathi also founded and served as chairperson for an educational foundation. Earlier in the career, Kathi worked with prestigious firms such as Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP and Latham & Watkins, and gained experience in property management at Japanese Village Plaza. Kathi holds a BA in Communications from the University of Southern California and an Associate of Arts degree from Pasadena City College, along with credentials from The CCIM Institute.
