Cierra Jae Schoenthal is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in client experience and real estate. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Client Experience for Key & National Accounts at Second Nature since March 2021, Cierra has progressed through various roles including Manager of Client Success and National & Key Account Manager. Concurrently, Cierra has been a Licensed Realtor® at Coldwell Banker Cascade Real Estate since March 2020, following a brief tenure as a Licensed Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker earlier that same year. Additionally, Cierra has experience as an Account Manager at Buildium from October 2016 to October 2019, and began a career in finance as a Bank Teller at North Cascades Bank in 2015. Cierra holds education from Western Washington University, attended from 2013 to 2015.
