Babul Chakravarty is an experienced professional in the industrial and logistics sector, currently serving as the Business Head at Coldman Logistics Pvt Ltd since June 2023. Prior to this role, Babul held key positions at Knight Frank from July 2018 to June 2023, including Vice President of Industrial & Logistics and Senior Manager for Industrial and Logistics East, focusing on warehouse leasing, land acquisition, and operational management. From January 2012 to July 2018, Babul was the Head of State at HDFC Realty Ltd, overseeing business operations in Odisha, including business development, sales, and client relationships. Babul began the career in real estate sales and marketing with IL&FS Property Management & Services Limited from December 2005 to March 2008.
