Account Manager

The role of an Account Manager is to be able to build brilliant relationships between colleagues and clients alike, who will work to understand our clients requirements, to plan and organise new or existing developments. You'll be driven by working on a range of client challenges with strong technical understanding and acumen to lead our portfolio of clients.ÌýWorking with our commercial and delivery teams, this is a multi-faceted role which will include account management, project delivery and relationship building to help our clients with all aspects of their digital requirements.

The Role -Ìýwhat you’ll be doing?Ìý

• Building long-lasting relationships with our clients

• Strategic development of client work

• Client development: identifying new areas of client opportunity and managing the scoping process

• Leading client meetings and communicating the agency’s plans, ideas and results

• Day-to-day management of client accounts

• Creating and sharing briefs for the wider delivery team

Who’s suitable for the role?

• 3+ years experience in an agency

• Exceptionally personable, the ability to talk to anyone

• Highly organised who enjoys working in a fast paced digital environment

• Ambition to grow within a fast-growing agency

• Excellent project/deadline management and time management with the ability to juggle many jobs at once

• Self-starter with the ability to take tasks and run with them, pushing to get jobs done on time and to a budget

• Excellent overall team player - empathetically minded towards clients and peers alike

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all walks of work with strong verbal and written communication skills

• Enthusiasm and passionate for the web industry and new developments/technologies

• Impeccable communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
