Rahul Pillay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate analytics and portfolio management, currently serving as Director of Real Estate Analytics & Portfolio Management and Data Czar & Technology Lead at Colchis Capital Management, LP since October 2014. With a background that includes roles as Senior Product Manager and Credit Analyst, Rahul has demonstrated expertise in developing software solutions that significantly enhance asset acquisitions and implementing data strategies to maintain a competitive edge. As Co-Founder of Olive Tree, Rahul focuses on sourcing land development investments and managing a diversified portfolio valued at over $9 million. Prior experience includes an Operations Research Analyst role at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where automation of pay data processes improved decision-making efficiency. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from California State University, Monterey Bay, and attended Charis Bible College.
