Stephen Scarborough has extensive experience in engineering education and automotive development. Currently serving as a Lecturer in Engineering at Colchester Institute since 2014, Stephen previously held significant roles at Barking and Dagenham College, where responsibilities included overseeing international student recruitment and leading the engineering curriculum. Stephen's industry experience spans from consulting at Gibbs Technologies to project management positions at Owens Corning Automotive Solutions, Brookhouse Automotive, and Visteon Corporation, as well as a notable tenure at Ford Motor Company, where work involved R&D in composite materials. Stephen holds a Master's Degree in Advanced Material Science and Technology from the University of Surrey.
