Giovanni Colavita serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Colavita USA since December 2008 and has been actively involved in various organizations, including the National Italian American Foundation as a Board Member since June 2023 and the Food Education Fund as a Board Member since January 2015. Additionally, Giovanni Colavita founded Italynthebox in November 2015. Educational credentials include a degree in law from Universita' la Sapienza (1995-2001) and further studies at SDA Bocconi (2001-2002).
