Marlea Pitman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in event management, accounting, and design. Currently serving as a Senior Event Manager at CRU since November 2019, Marlea oversees hotel negotiations and coordinates sponsorships and exhibits. In addition, Marlea has been the Director of Events and Accounting at Coking.Com Inc. since January 2007, where responsibilities include managing exhibition hall layouts and vendor relations. As the Owner/Designer of Harvest Threads since 2005, Marlea focuses on creative design and art. Early career roles include Manager at Birkenstock Plus from 1999 to 2002, managing store operations and bookkeeping, and Bookkeeper at Mariner Market from 1998 to 2002, handling accounts payable, payroll, and tax filings.
