Edgar Peña, MBA, B. Eng, currently serves as a Mentor in the Sparks Mentorship Program at SetFire, focusing on the development of undergraduate college students for successful careers. With extensive experience in demand planning and supply chain management, Edgar has held various senior management roles at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited since October 2018, including Sr. Manager of Demand Planning and Capacity Planning, following a role at The Coca-Cola Company as Supply Chain Business Process Lead. Prior positions include manufacturing and supply chain roles at companies such as Royal Building Products, General Mills, Hydro One, Parmalat Group, Inelectra, and Banco Mercantil, where Edgar consistently demonstrated a strong ability to enhance operational efficiency and supplier relations. Edgar holds an MBA from Goodman School of Business at Brock University and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana.
