Maria Othonos is a skilled customer success and experience professional with extensive experience in leading teams and optimizing operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at WonderFi, Maria has spearheaded growth and strategic planning, resulting in increased upsell opportunities and reduced churn. Prior to this role, Maria held senior management positions at AlayaCare, where responsibilities included overseeing a team focused on B2B customer support, and as Client Relationship Manager, managing key accounts across Canada and the United States. Earlier experiences include customer success roles at UXPLORE Inc. and TD, where Maria developed client onboarding procedures and maintained high customer satisfaction.
