Rikke Staer is an experienced executive in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and Chief Commercial Officer at Coinify since February 2017. In these roles, Rikke has been integral to the management team, responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies while overseeing operational, customer management, marketing, communications, and compliance teams. Additionally, Rikke has served as the interim Chief Compliance Officer, ensuring the effective execution of Coinify’s AML program and managing compliance risks. Prior to Coinify, Rikke held various leadership positions at Thomson Reuters, including Head of Specialists - Corporates, where leadership was provided to a team focused on client retention and sales for financial platforms. Rikke's educational background includes an M.Sc. in Business from Copenhagen Business School and studies at INSEAD and HEC Montréal.
