Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments for the sales team to close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate new leads and opportunities.

  • Qualify leads based on the MEDDIC sales methodology.

  • Follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.

  • Set up appointments for the sales team to meet with qualified prospects.

  • Help account executives to prepare for meetings by drawing up insights of the prospect’s situation and needs in advance.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.

  • Provide feedback to the sales team on prospect behavior and objections.

  • Collaborate with both the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.

  • Create a business plan of how you will achieve your targets.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with prospects
  • Proficient in Hubspot or other CRM systems
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred
