Vatsal Anand is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience (CX) and operations management across various industries. Currently leading CX initiatives at CoinDCX since April 2024, Vatsal previously held key roles at Swiggy, where responsibilities included developing business strategies for Swiggy Genie, and at Cure.Fit, managing customer experience projects and automation efforts. Prior to these positions, Vatsal served as a Manager at OYO, overseeing content projects and product marketing, and gained significant experience in logistics and operations as an Assistant Manager at Dabur India Limited. Vatsal holds an MBA in Marketing and Operations Management from the International Management Institute and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur.
