Mitchell Lock has held various roles in the marketing and communications industry since 1995. Mitchell began their career as a freelancer working with four advertising agencies in the Vancouver area. In 1998, they joined ExperDent as a Marketing Specialist, where they were responsible for branding dental practices in North America. In 2001, they moved to Aviso Wealth as Design and Production Manager, Marketing, where they were responsible for creating and maintaining a national brand for a B2B and B2C audience. In 2012, they joined Intact Insurance as a Marketing Consultant, where they were responsible for marketing initiatives in Western Canada to increase the market share of Intact Insurance. In 2015, they joined NCM Investments as Head of Marketing, where they were responsible for the overall communication and marketing program for NCM Investments. In 2021, they joined ClearDent as Marketing, where they were responsible for directing the overall marketing operations and strategy for ClearDent. Currently, they are a Product Marketing Manager at Coincover.
Mitchell Lock obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Kwantlen Polytechnic University between 1992 and 1995. Mitchell then obtained a Certification in Web Design from Vancouver Film School between 1999 and 2000. Additionally, they attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University between 1991 and 1994, studying Graphic Design. Mitchell also attended CU Source in 2006 to study Leadership Management.
