Doreen Belonwu, Assoc.CIPD, has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Doreen began their career in 2007 as a Recruiter for Wagamama. In 2008, they became a Resourcing Advisor for St Mungo's. In 2011, Doreen held two positions simultaneously: a Senior Recruitment Consultant for G4S and a Recruitment Manager (Maternity Cover) for Thermo Fisher Scientific. In 2012, they were an EMEA Senior Recruiter for IBM Kenexa - Business Partner is now High Performance Profiling. From 2014 to 2022, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at TalentPlus Consulting. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Consultant - Tech, Sales & Marketing for Coincover.

Doreen Belonwu, Assoc.CIPD has a comprehensive education history. Doreen completed their MA HRM & Employment Studies (CIPD) at London Metropolitan University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management with Law from Middlesex University Convent of Jesus & Mary College from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained their Assoc CIPD from CIPD (BPP). Doreen has also obtained two additional certifications - a Career Development Coaching certificate from Udemy Academy in May 2021 and a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in July 2016.
