Katrina Sharman is a legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the legal sector. Currently serving as Director & Associate General Counsel, Product at Coinbase since March 2020, Katrina oversees legal matters for all retail products. Prior to this, from August 2018 to March 2020, Katrina held the position of General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Happy Money, where responsibilities included scaling legal and compliance functions. Katrina was Deputy General Counsel at ZestFinance from November 2014 to July 2018, focusing on legal operations and anti-money laundering. As an Associate at Zuber Lawler & Del Duca from October 2012 to October 2014, work involved financial regulatory compliance and litigation.
