DeRauk Gibble is a Senior Software Engineer at Coinbase, focusing on the development of workflow orchestration and background job processing systems since March 2021. Prior to this position, DeRauk served as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer 2 at Microsoft from January 2015 to March 2021, where responsibilities included migrating OneDrive to Azure Redis, enhancing the infrastructure to handle over 50,000 requests per second. Earlier experience includes freelance web development in 2014, and internships at IBM, where DeRauk developed a backend application in Java, and at Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe. DeRauk holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Penn State University, earned in 2014.
