Schonda Fields has diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Most recently, they served as the Director of Product, Indexes at Coin Metrics, where they collaborated with the COO to develop the Index Strategy and led index licensing, calculation, and administration services. Prior to this, Schonda worked at Refinitiv as a Solutions Consultant, ESG | Benchmarks and Indices, where they presented and educated sales teams on ESG initiatives and developed go-to-market strategies for regulated products. Schonda also served as a Performance Director, Benchmarks and Indices, spearheading growth and retention strategies.

Before Refinitiv, Schonda worked at Thomson Reuters as an Expert Sales, Benchmark Services, where they played a key role in driving revenue growth by developing custom indices that attracted leads from major financial institutions. Schonda also worked at FTSE Russell, An LSEG Business, as a Global Account Manager, managing relationships with Tier 1 Banks and Investment Management business accounts.

In their earlier career, Schonda worked as a Managing Director | Relationship Manager at Kota Global Securities, leading equity trading operations across various countries and generating business leads from a range of clients. Schonda also served as Vice President, Electronic Sales at Aqua, overseeing business development for a block-trading system.

Schonda began their career at Morgan Stanley and Jefferies & Company as an Associate in different roles. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of revenue generation and client relationship management.

Schonda Fields completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science at Boston University from 1988 to 1992. Schonda then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at the Fordham Gabelli School of Business from 1994 to 1996.
