Bruce Lovstrom has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bruce started their career at Kadon, where they worked as a Machinist from 1996 to 1998. Bruce then joined Tesco Corporation as a Machine Services Supervisor from 1997 to 2003. Following that, they worked at Mariah Energy Group as an Operations Manager from 2003 to 2005. Bruce then moved on to National Oilwell Varco - Manufacturing, where they served as the General Manager from 2005 to 2009. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Engineering and Design Department and Quality Assurance Manager at Coil Solutions Inc since September 2010.

Bruce Lovstrom completed a diploma in the field of Pillars of Management from Mount Royal University in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they obtained a diploma in Interprovincial Journeyman Machinist from Assiniboine Community College during 1982-1985.
