Alexandra Bishop, M.S. IO, is currently a People & Culture Senior Specialist at CohnReznick LLP, where responsibilities include leading the annual performance review cycle and managing employee relations for approximately 300 tax and audit professionals. Prior experience includes roles as People Operations Coordinator at Narmi, where Alexandra designed employee feedback and recognition programs, and Research Associate at Plan A Advisors, focusing on information organization for nonprofits. Alexandra participated in a national I/O Psychology consulting challenge, developing a performance management RFP, and held various positions in HR and operations at Center for Anxiety, LLC, as well as research assistant roles at Drexel University and Louisiana State University.
