Mitchel Weber is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in digital engineering and asset management. Currently serving as the Global Marketing Director at Cohesive since September 2021, Mitchel leverages data and emerging technologies to optimize client operations. As the Founder of Talent Republic since October 2019, Mitchel provides advisory services to accelerate growth for various companies and start-ups. Previously, Mitchel held senior marketing roles at OXplus and OXproof B.V., focusing on enhancing asset management practices. Mitchel also founded Creatieve Strategen, an international marketing agency, and co-owned Webhoost, an online marketing company. Earlier roles included leadership positions at Dutch Media Group and Movible.nl, along with experience in the hospitality industry. Mitchel holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrale Veiligheid from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
