Naresh Kasula is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and managing talent across various sectors. Currently serving as the Recruiting Leader and Principal for the Talent Acquisition Team at Cohesity since April 2018, Naresh has played a key role in building a prominent engineering team, leveraging deep knowledge and strategic approaches in recruiting top-tier talent. Previously, Naresh worked as an Account Manager and Principal Recruiter at CardinalHire from January 2017 to April 2018, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for venture capital-backed startups. Naresh's earlier tenure at IBM from March 2004 to June 2016 included roles as Senior Manager, Lead Technical Recruiter, and Senior Technical Recruiter, focusing on employee lifecycle management. Educational accomplishments include a Leadership Principles course from Harvard Business School Online in 2019 and further studies at UC Berkeley Extension in 2017-2018.
