Simultaneously, Dolph is a member of Amplify Talent and has been the Head of Global Talent Acquisition for Early Careers and Diversity at Cohesity since January 2022. Previous roles include Director of Global Talent Acquisition - Engineering at Cohesity, Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition - Engineering at Elastic, and Principal Talent Acquisition at Snap Inc. Dolph has also led talent acquisition at Media Temple and GoDaddy, contributing to building these functions from the ground up.
