James Allen Morrison is an experienced RF Engineer currently employed at Coherent Technical Services, Inc., where responsibilities include RF design, physical systems analysis, and SDR code implementation. With a solid background in IT consulting through Morr Tech and previous roles as an RF Communication Systems Engineer at Jacobs, a Research Assistant at Rice University, and a Communications Specialist for the Rice University OWLSAT CubeSat team, James has developed expertise in RF engineering and IT solutions. Notable projects include serving as SCRUM Master and Coder for the Low Earth Position, Navigation, and Timing initiative.
