Zara Aleksieva has extensive work experience as a business analyst and product owner. Zara began their career as an IT consultant at Westminster Business Consultants in 2010 before moving on to Proxiad, where they worked as a business analyst from 2011 to 2016. Zara then joined PFSweb in 2016 as a business analyst and project manager. In 2017, Zara worked at both Experian and BULPROS as a senior business analyst and product owner, where they were responsible for clarifying and prioritizing requirements, analyzing business needs, and managing product backlogs. Zara is currently employed as a software business analyst at Coherent Solutions since 2020. Throughout their career, Zara has demonstrated strong skills in requirements analysis, communication with development teams, and agile project management.

Zara Aleksieva completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technical University Sofia, which they pursued from 2004 to 2008. Zara then continued their studies at Technical University Sofia, where they earned a Master's degree in the Science of Information Systems from 2009 to 2010. Zara furthered their academic pursuits at the University of Westminster, where they obtained another Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management from 2010 to 2011.
