Oleg Lopatento has significant work experience in software development. Oleg started their career at ProSoft in 1994, working on CAD-CAM development for Linux and C/C++. Oleg then joined Todes in 1995, where they focused on pattern recognition and matching in facial recognition and fingerprint identification systems. Oleg also worked on text categorization for the National Library project and user interface programming and database access. In 2007, Lopatento joined Coherent Solutions as a software developer, specializing in machine learning, web applications, and various technologies such as FFNN, CNN categorization, Bayesian networks, GloVe, ML.NET, Infer.NET, and CNTK.

Oleg Lopatento attended Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) from 1982 to 1988, where they studied physics. The degree obtained or field of study specialization is not provided.
