Dzmirty Murashko has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, starting with their role as a Senior Telecommunications Manager at RUE Beltelecom from May 2006 to February 2015. Dzmirty then transitioned to working as a Senior Telecommunications Manager at LLC Arledo from January 2015 to January 2017. From January 2017 to July 2018, Dzmirty worked as a Telecommunication Engineer at MTS Belarus. In May 2018, they joined JET BI as a Salesforce Developer, where they worked until April 2019. Recently, they have held the position of Salesforce Developer at Coherent Solutions and ISsoft, starting in April 2019.

Dzmirty Murashko began their education in 1999 at The Belarusian State Academy of Telecommunications, where they studied Telecommunications and obtained a degree in Telecommunication Engineering in 2006. In 2005, they also attended the Cisco Networking Academy to further enhance their skills in CCND and CCNA.

In 2017, Dzmirty attended the IT Academy Belarus to study Java SE and Java EE. The following year, in 2018, they pursued additional courses at JET BI focused on Salesforce development.

Dzmirty has obtained several certifications to enhance their expertise. In 2017, they became a Trailhead Ranger through Trailhead by Salesforce. In 2018, they achieved the certification of Salesforce Platform Developer I from Kryterion, Inc. In 2019, they obtained the certification of Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, also from Kryterion, Inc. Finally, in 2022, they became a Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect through Kryterion, Inc.
