Dmitry Gorbatenko has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Dmitry initially worked at Coherent Solutions in 2005 as a Software Developer, where they developed the CeilingWizard graphical tool. Dmitry then took on the role of Senior Java Developer/Team Lead at Gearworks, where they worked on projects such as MissionControl and Appmosphere. In 2010, they joined Coherent Solutions again as a Senior Java Developer/Team Lead, working on projects like Kardia Health Systems and Peoplenet Fleet Manager. Later, they became the Java Department Manager and Project Manager at ISsoft in 2005. Dmitry returned to Coherent Solutions in 2012 in a leadership position as a Department Manager and then Java Practice Lead.

From 2001 to 2006, Dmitry Gorbatenko attended Belarusian State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Math and Computer Science.
