Jennifer Gdanov currently serves as the EHS Manager at Cohere Beauty as of November 2023. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety at Scooter's Coffee and was the Environment, Health, Safety, and Security Manager at Midland Scientific, Inc. Jennifer's extensive experience in environmental health and safety includes roles such as EHS Consultant at Merck and Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator at MAHLE. A significant portion of Jennifer's career was spent at Union Pacific Railroad, where responsibilities included directing Safety Reporting and Compliance, leading accident/incident reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing safety training programs. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Bellevue University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Lincoln Southeast Community College.
