Ross Lancia began their work experience in 2017 as a Tax Associate at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined Cohen & Company as a Staff Accountant and later transitioned to the role of Senior Tax Accountant in August 2022.

Ross Lancia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Robert Morris University from 2013 to 2016. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at the same institution.
