Jonathan Tewodros is an experienced asset manager currently serving as an Associate Asset Manager at Cohen Asset Management, Inc. since August 2022. Previously, Jonathan held positions including Asset Management & Acquisitions Analyst at The Lighthouse Group and Business Analyst at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where responsibilities included managing leasing contracts and tenant data. Jonathan's background also features roles as a Transaction Coordinator at CBRE, where deal processing was a focus, and as a Technology Desk and Software Consultant at Bucknell University, providing technology assistance and managing campus technology. Jonathan started with CBRE as a Global Workplace Solutions Intern, contributing to property management and financial analysis. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from Bucknell University, along with a study abroad program at the University of Cape Coast.
