Marlee Raber Proukou is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and business partnership roles. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner at Cogstate since January 2025, Marlee previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Hologic, Inc. from April to December 2024. Marlee also worked at Jetson as Senior Director of People Operations and earlier as Director of People Operations from March 2021 to March 2024. Prior to this, Marlee spent several years at TEKsystems, progressing from Technical Recruiter to National Recruiting Lead for Data Analytics & Insights between August 2013 and March 2021. Marlee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland and has additional educational experience from Birkbeck, University of London.
