Adil Ibrahim has worked in the Learning and Development field since 2014. Their first role was as Learning and Development Manager at Ogilvy & Mather, where they managed, designed, and delivered a variety of learning solutions and programs. Adil then moved to McCann Worldgroup as Regional Learning and Development Manager, followed by GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) as Learning and Development Manager. In 2016, Adil joined New Metrics LLC as Learning and Organizational Development Consultant, where they assessed organizational development needs and designed training programs. In 2020, Adil became a Learning and Development Consultant at American Family Insurance and Founder of Copilot Strategy. Adil also took on the role of Leadership Mentor at Torch/Everwise, and Program Manager | Employee Experience, Team Onboarding (via JeffreyM Consulting) at Meta. Most recently, Adil was appointed CLO Coach at Cognota.
Adil Ibrahim has a diverse educational background. Adil obtained their M.S. in Human Resource Management and Development from New York University in 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Human Resources degree from Michigan State University in 2008. Adil also completed a Psychology degree from Michigan State University in 2007, with an Interdisciplinary Studies in Human Resources and Society field of study. Additionally, Adil has obtained two certifications: The Coaching Clinic - Corporate Coach U from Coach U, Inc. in 2015, and the AMA Certified Professional in Managementâ„¢ from the American Management Association in 2020.
