Paul Gavin, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Cognosante since June 2018, overseeing multiple project teams for Supply Chain Management at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Best Friends Animal Society from August 2007 to March 2018 as a System Engineer II, where responsibilities included migrating a bare metal data center to AWS Cloud and managing web development projects. Paul has held previous positions such as IT Director at Banner Retail Marketing Group, Manager of Web Development at Inland Northwest Health Services, and Senior Consultant at AMS. Paul holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington State University.
