D. Neal Brothers has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Service Technician at Meridian Telesystems Inc in 2001. D. Neal then served in the United States Marine Corps as a Field Artillery Cannoneer until 2010, where they also provided training to other marines.

After leaving the Marines, they worked as an Onsite Dell Service Technician for SMARTECH and Associates, LP from 2012 to 2013, followed by a position as an IT Coordinator at Levelwing from 2013 to 2013.

D. Neal then worked as an Owner/Onsite Technician at Premier Computer Services Inc from 2011 to 2014, where they traveled to different locations to repair and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, servers, and networking equipment.

From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a TSA Service Technician (Contract) at Barrister Global Services Network Inc, where they troubleshooted routers, switches, and wireless systems in airports.

In 2014, they worked as a Systems Administrator at Heritage Digital/Fetter Healthcare Network, where they managed multiple domains and networks for health care facilities and ensured compliance with HIPPA system requirements.

From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a System Administrator III for Scientific Research Corporation, playing a key role in transitioning projects and rebuilding servers/appliances into the Microsoft Azure Government Cloud.

D. Neal then worked as a Systems Engineer III at MANDEX INC from 2018 to 2019, where they managed and configured networking appliances and systems, as well as maintained Active Directory services.

D. Neal'smost recent role is an Azure Tech Lead at Cognosante since 2019.

D. Neal Brothers holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Trident University International, which was obtained in the year 2020. Prior to that, they pursued an AAS degree in Information Technology and Information Technology-Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute from 2011 to 2013. D. Neal completed high school and obtained a high school diploma from Osceola High School from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, Brothers has obtained certifications including FISMA High from the Department of Veterans Affairs in 2015, CompTIA Security+ ce from CompTIA in April 2015, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in April 2015, and DoD Secret Security Clearance from the Department of Defense in May 2013.
