Andrew T. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew began their career as a Copy Editor at Translation Services, specializing in Russian, Kazakh, and English translations. Andrew later worked as an Administrative Assistant at Minnesota State University Moorhead before joining North Dakota State University as a Graduate Assistant. In 1999, they joined Moore Engineering, Inc as a Surveyor, where they served as a Crew Chief and handled various responsibilities such as Trimble GPS, client communication, and onsite project leadership. Andrew then worked at Menards as an Assistant Department Manager, followed by a role as a Survey Technician at Apex Engineering Group. Andrew also worked as a Farm Laborer at Forthun Farms. In 2012, they joined Sanford Health as a User Support Specialist and later as an Application Assistant. Andrew'smost recent role was at Cognosante, where they held several positions, including Support Analyst, Outreach Team Supervisor, Business Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, and Analytics Lead. Throughout their career, Andrew has gained experience in health IT, ACA, HIPAA, ISO, and Microsoft Excel customization.

Andrew T. is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Emergency Management and Business Continuity Planning at North Dakota State University. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dual major in English and Sociology from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2004. In 2000, they attended Truman State University, and from 1996 to 1998, they studied at Murree Christian School. Additionally, Andrew has obtained a certification in Time Management Fundamentals with Microsoft Office from LinkedIn in 2021.
