Monika Lavania is an experienced project manager currently serving as the Manager of Projects at Cognizant since January 2025. Prior to this role, Monika held various positions at Fiserv, including Technical Lead and SAP Analyst, from October 2018 to December 2024. Monika also worked at IBM as an Application Architect and at Infosys as a Senior Associate Consultant. Early career experience includes a role as an SAP-BASIS Consultant at Wipro Technologies and a brief trainee position at the Defence Research and Development Organisation.
