Cesar Kuriyama began their work experience in 2005 as a Graphic Designer at SelectNY. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a 3D Generalist (animator) at Curious Pictures. In 2006, they worked as a Computer Animation Instructor at Harvard University and also started their role as a 3D Animator and Lighting Artist at Charlex. Cesar continued at Charlex until 2011 and also worked as a Graphic Designer until 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Visiting Instructor at Pratt Institute. In 2007, they started their role as a Visiting Instructor at New York University until 2009. In 2011, they served as a Digital Compositor at Portal: No Escape and as a 3D Lighting Lead at Superfad. In the same year, they freelanced as a Director, 3D Lighting Artist, Compositor, Animator, and Educator. Since 2011, they have been the CEO and Founder of 1 Second Everyday, a company that allows users to create movies of their lives.
Cesar Kuriyama attended Pratt Institute from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Graphics.
