Krishnamoorthy Balasubramaniam is a seasoned professional in global procurement and travel management, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Procurement at Cognizant since January 2021 and has been a Director in Global Travel Procurement since December 2012. With extensive experience in managing global travel programs and procurement operations, previous roles include Deputy General Manager of APAC Travel Procurement at IBM, where Krishnamoorthy oversaw a $440 million travel spend, and Regional Travel Manager at Oracle India, establishing key travel functions in the APAC region. Early career contributions also include managing global travel for Satyam Computer Services and a decade at American Express focusing on corporate travel relationships and performance.
