Jeanne Tvede Arentoft is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Sourcing Specialist IT at Cognizant since January 2022. Previous roles include Rekrutteringskonsulent at DSB, Recruiter and Talent Acquisition at Nordea, and Digital Key Account Manager at Huset Markedsføring. Jeanne has a strong background in IT talent attraction and retention, evidenced by a master's thesis focused on this topic, as well as experience in employer branding and talent management. Jeanne holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Postgraduate degree in Danish & Psychology from Aalborg University.
