Gayathri Gurusamy is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in business partnership and HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Cognizant since January 2018, Gayathri has previously held the position of Sr. Manager - HRBP during post-M&A transitions and Manager - Human Resources for Canada at Tech Mahindra from September 2012 to May 2017. Gayathri holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the Madras School of Social Work.
