Luis Diego Sánchez Castañeda has a diverse work experience. Luis Diego started their career in 2013 at Universidad Galileo, where they worked as a Docencia until 2019. In 2015, they joined Xik' as a QC Engineer and later became a Scrum Master until 2019. Currently, they are the Quality Management Office Director at Cognits, a position they have held since March 2019.

Luis Diego Sánchez Castañeda obtained a Master's degree in Operations Research from Universidad Galileo, which they pursued from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática y Ciencias de la Comunicación at the same university from 2011 to 2014.
