Sarfraz Arshad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and technology operations. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at TOYCYCLE since October 2019, Sarfraz is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices in the toy industry. Concurrently, Sarfraz holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Cognitive Healthcare International, focusing on delivering healthcare services in a home-based environment. Prior experience includes founding Heuristify, a technology consulting firm, and serving as CTO at TalkHealth, where Sarfraz advanced healthcare digitization in Pakistan. Sarfraz's earlier roles encompass network operations and engineering positions at Augere Pakistan, Nokia, and Motorola, complemented by an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BE from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.
