A seasoned veteran with over 15 years ad tech and digital media experience, Jana leads Cognitiv's client services, operations and media strategist teams to ensure the successful delivery of clients' goals. Her remit is to make it simple and effortless for marketers to take advantage of custom, deep artificial neural networks in an easily repeatable and scalable way. Prior to joining Cognitiv, Jana was Vice President of Business Development at IPONWEB, where she worked with enterprise clients to establish and expand bespoke technical solutions that solved advertising infrastructure challenges. As the Global Head of Programmatic Solutions at Spotify, Jana successfully launched the company’s programmatic strategy and offerings, and helped pioneer the first programmatic audio ad. Jana also held various management positions at Rubicon Project where she built out the international buy side partnerships and played a foundational role in their journey from start-up to IPO.
